Yes and No.

  • Yes, if you request via Live Chat agent to help you apply the missing coupon while the promotion time period is still ongoing. (e.g. promotion still ongoing)
  • No, if the promotion time period is passed, even if you placed an order during the promotion time, we cannot apply the coupon to your order any more.
