The short answer is yes, but it is the WDB account owner's job to maintain all their customers' orders and shipping addresses.
We have seen some of our dealers maintain the shipping addresses on their own. That's perfectly fine with us but please keep in mind that we have developed an advanced automated order processing system (AOPS), which will process all orders automatically. This means all order shipping information is highly dependent on the customer and the address being entered correctly.
Since AOPS takes care of most of the order shipping processes, our staff will not alter any orders unless there is an error or by the customer's request.
We suggest all dealers keep an eye on their customers' orders in case there are any issues.
