Why was my order labeled as "fraud" and I will receive my order or not?

Our store has an anti-fraud system in place and it talks to the banks. It will flag those credit cards that have had credit issues before, we do not know the reason why the bank did that. But, you can use another card to place an order again or request to issue a refund. We will not ship the order until the problem has been resolved.
