Yes.
However, make sure your wire is not twisted up when you install the swivel, which will make sure there is room for your wire to turn 180 degrees when you swivel the seat back and forth.
Also be sure you disconnect the power and wiring carefully as seen in the instructions and installation videos to prevent an error code in your vehicle's computer system.
