Why can't I proceed to the next screen after I click the "Continue" button?

There are two possible solutions:

1. There is an "I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox that needs to be selected first.

2. Make sure to use private mode on Microsoft Edge and Firefox, or incognito mode on Google Chrome, it may be caused by your browser plugins/extensions.
